E-mail Advisory:
Protect Yourself from Fraudulent E-mail.
We rarely send unsolicited e-mail. But when we do:
1) We always use a personal salutation and signature name. E-mails from 440.com or
440int.com always address you by your name. Fraudulent e-mails often include the
salutation, “Dear user of 440.com” or “Dear user of 440int.com e-mail server,” etc.
E-mails from 440.com or 440int.com always use the signature name of the person who is
sending the e-mail. Fraudulent e-mails often include the signature, “The 440.com team”
or “The 440int.com team.”
2) We do not send attachments. E-mails from 440.com or 440int.com never ask you to download
or open an attachment. Attachments contained in fraudulent e-mails often contain viruses
that may harm your computer.
3) We do not request personal information. Fraudulent e-mails often request details
such as your full name, credit card number, bank account, PIN number, Social Security
Number, or mother's maiden name.
If you think that you have received a fraudulent e-mail, delete it immediately. And
never click any links or attachments in suspicious e-mail.
